- Blast Cleaning and Coating Services- We offer surface preparation and coating services to new pipelines, piping, tanks, pressure vessels and other facilities within and outside the oil and gas industries. This includes sand blasting and grit blasting to different cleanliness standards such as SSPC / NACE and ISO 8501, etc, depending on client’s cleanliness specification. Coating application is normally done based on client’s specification.
- Risk Based Paint Coating Maintenance- Our coating technicians utilize our coating equipment to apply coats on corroded sections of facilities, based on risk as specified by our client following surface preparation.
- Coating Inspection – All coating inspections on facilities such as offshore platform, land and swamp facilities are done by our NACE Level 3 Certified Coating Inspectors and reports submitted to client with recommendations.
- Design and installation of cathodic protection system – SACP and ICCP, Corrosion monitoring and survey.
